Sawyer’s The First Year program just began. And this young sir turned on the charm!

Young Preston has been anxiously awaited by his family. He’s the first boy, with three older sisters!
Preston’s sister, Kaila, visited the studio for her The First Year sessions. And now she’s my big helper when Preston visits.
I love watching these kids grow!

So much to say about this proud mama, so little room to blog it.
Azzy has been a client of mine since she was just a teenager. I first met her when we did her senior session (a million years ago!). When she and Dru decided to get married, they called me to photograph their wedding and I felt so lucky to participate in that very special day in Azzy and Dru’s life.
And now, they have welcomed a brand new person into the world.
Azzy brought her newborn son, Phoenix to me for his newborn pictures… and the circle continues. This little man could not have been more cooperative and the love in his mother’s eyes spoke volumes.
Phoenix is also joining our The First Year program. So watch this blog for his images over this first year of his most magnificent life!

It is baby week here at The Picture Lady!
Blake and Abigal were married a few years back, and guess who photographed their GORGEOUS wedding? Yeah, that’d be me.
They just had a precious little baby girl and brought her in for a newborn session. MacKenzie is already showing us that she’s got a mind of her own and she had us all in stitches laughing at her antics… at only a couple weeks old!
This little sweetie will be joining our The First Year program and you all know what that means; I get to spoil MacKenzie every time I see her in my studio over the next year.
I think I’m going to require Blake and Abigal to bring a bow for every one of McKenzie’s sessions.

Little Jameson made his appearance just a few weeks ago. At the tender age of two weeks, this handsome man visited me for the very first time.
In the words of an old friend of mine; “This is the kind of baby that will make your ovaries itch.“
I’m excited for Jameson to join our The First Year program. I’m not going to be able to get enough of this guy over the next year of his life!

Isabella is all grown up!
Well, not really. But it sure feels like her first year of life went by like a flash of light.
She came in recently to celebrate her first birthday with a spectacular final The First Year session. And Claire and Jeff got to join their little cutie in some of the pictures as well.
Happy birthday little girl, I can’t wait to watch you grow.
