Tim and Lily were very brave souls. They chose to have their wedding in December, OUTDOORS. Of course when they told me their plans, I was only too excited to join them on their day. I love outdoor weddings, and winter weddings have a very special place in my heart. The day was very cold, –10ºF cold (you’re reading that right, minus ten degrees Fahrenheit!). But the cold temps only made the day that much more memorable for all involved.
A beautiful wedding filled with love, lights, and laughter. You certainly can’t ask for more in a wedding day.

I’ve worked with Liz’s family for years and years. Liz was a senior of mine, once upon a time, and her brother just rolled through the studio for senior pictures of his own not too long ago.
When Liz’s mom, Kirsten, came to me asking about wedding photography, I knew it’d be a fantastic day.
The day was made extra special by the snow that fell, and extra warm by the love that surrounds this precious couple.

This wedding was all about the friends and family.
I enjoyed Michele and Sean from the moment I met them, not too long before their wedding day, actually! They planned a wedding that was relaxed, tender, and full of joy. Their friends and family were all smiles through out the day. A certain few were even full of some hilarious antics that kept me laughing as I photographed the day.
Beautiful weather, wonderful couple, sweet friends. What more could a wedding day ask for?

This is a wedding I’ve been looking forward to, mostly because I knew the reception was going to be quite a party. I was not disappointed!
Tina and Sameer were surrounded by loving friends and family to witness their union. And when the celebration started at the reception, there was nothing that was going to stop it!
Such a fun time had by all!

Carter and Andrea had a beautiful wedding on a GORGEOUS, sunny day in Anchorage, Alaska at the LDS Temple.
We had loads of time for their portraits after their sealing ceremony, and then it was off to Wasilla at Andrea’s family’s home for their reception.
Wonderful day, outstanding friends and family, and of course, my favorite emotion… a LOT of laughter.

Dan & Ashley had a beautiful winter wedding in Anchorage at O’Malley on the Green.
They grew up in Alaska, but now live in Washing DC. They planned their whole wedding long distance, and the whole day went off with out a hitch! The weather even cooperated with gorgeous fresh snow.
I was so happy to be a part of this day with this wonderful couple and their loving family and friends.
