Stephanie and Dan are married!
A sweet ceremony at Our Lady of the Snows in Girdwood, followed by a spirited reception at Alyeska Resort, these two made sure to enjoy every moment of their day!
I connected with Matt & Kelsie pretty much immediately. We all have a love of the outdoors, dogs and FJ Cruisers. Really, what more could matter in life?
Their wedding was so sweet and I was so excited to be a part of the celebration. These two opted to get ready together (I love this! I find it so romantic) and held a small, intimate ceremony down in Girdwood at Virgin Creek Falls. This meant a bit of a hike to the falls, but that was okay because the adventure was part of the day. After the ceremony we headed to their home in Anchorage for a wonderful reception catered by my favorite catering company, Alaska Events & Catering.
Matt & Kelsie did things a bit differently than most of my other couples. While they opted for a full day’s worth of coverage, most of the time we spent together was traversing the woods of Girdwood and rest stops between Girdwood and Anchorage for pictures of just the two of them together. LOVED that! We had a blast together and the images, I think, really show how wonderful the day was for these two. 
Toby and Meghan had AMAZING weather on their wedding day. Sandwiched between a rainy Friday and a stormy Sunday, Saturday dawned clear, hot, and perfect. It was the best way to begin a beautiful wedding in one of my favorite Alaska towns, Girdwood. We started at the quaint chapel, Our Lady of the Snows and ended the day down at Crow Creek Mine.
Everything was amazing and I could not have enjoyed this couple more!
Chris and Liz flew in from Boston, MA for their wedding in Girdwood. Liz grew up in Alaska and it seemed like the perfect place for the this precious couple to share their commitment to each other with all of their friends and family who flew up from Outside.
The gathering was intimate and filled with special friends and family who came to Alaska to enjoy Chris and Liz’s day, along with all the other wonders Alaska has to offer!

Thomas & Lindsey had an intimate wedding in Girdwood, Alaska at the Hotel Alyeska. After their sweet and heartfelt ceremony, we took the rest of their coverage time to get some images of the newlyweds at the top of Alyeska and down at Potter’s Marsh.

Kendall & Sam’s wedding was another fabulous wedding at the Alyeska Resort. I’ve mentioned before, but Girdwood is one of my MOST favorite towns in Alaska. It’s always a treat to get down there for a wedding!
This time I was honored to have my dear friend and talented photographer, Mike, join me on the adventure. Mike came up from Canada for a little bit of the awesomeness that is our great state. Kendall & Sam were smart enough to request double photographer coverage through my studio and, with Mike in town to help, they got two totally awesome shooters at their wedding!
Kendall & Sam were everything I knew they would be; beautiful (seriously, LOOK at them!), funny (one day I’ll have to share Kendall’s and my first conversation with each other), totally in love and TOTALLY committed to each other.
This entry is going to be picture intense. Between Mike and myself, there are just so many amazing shots!
